- Humility, Service and Love are the qualities of Jesus’ Power (John 13:1-5)
- Non-Coercive Nature toward outsiders (Luke 9:51-56)
Power given to the followers of Jesus
- Gospel Power is NOT trying to lord it over others (Matthew 20:24-28 – “Not so with you”)
- The Authority Given to Jesus gives us a Purpose (Matthew 28:18-20)
- Gospel Power is NOT geo-political power (Acts 1:6-8)
- Gospel Power is Transformational (Acts 4:8-13)
- Gospel Power is for Salvation (Romans 1:16)
- Gospel Power is not about us, but God (1 Corinthians 2:4-5)
- Gospel Power is displayed through our weaknesses (2 Corinthians 12:9)
