I grew up in the church and have been attending Hope for 9ish years. I’ve been wanting and thinking about getting baptized for a few years now. Every time it came around at church, there’d be some reason, really excuse, as to why I’d talk myself out of doing it. But ever since my kids watched the last baptisms happen in church my daughter has been telling me “wants to see mommy do that!”, and with that there’s just been a peace about finally making the commitment to do it.
